Camps & Clinics Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Cancellation Policy page for Tustin Cobra Football League's Camps & Clinics. We understand that circumstances may arise, preventing you from attending our highly anticipated events. It is in such situations that our well-defined cancellation policy comes into effect. Please take some time to carefully read and understand the following details.
1. Cancellation Prior to Event Registration
If you decide to cancel your registration for any of our camps or clinics before officially completing the registration process, there will be no cancellation fee charged. You will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
2. Cancellation After Event Registration
Once you have successfully registered, securing your spot in our camps or clinics, our cancellation policy becomes applicable. Please note that cancellation charges may vary depending on the time of cancellation.
2.1 Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the event
If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the scheduled event, you will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the total fee paid. The remaining 20% will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs incurred in processing the refund.
2.2 Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to the event
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee paid. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
2.3 Cancellation less than 15 days prior to the event
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled event. The entire fee paid will be non-refundable in such cases.
3. Requesting a Cancellation
To cancel your registration for any of our camps or clinics, you are required to send a formal cancellation request via email to our customer support team or notify us through our online platform. The request must include your full name, the name and date of the event, and the reason for cancellation. Upon receiving your request, we will process it within 5 business days and initiate the necessary refund, if applicable.
4. Transferring Registration
If you are unable to attend the registered event but wish to transfer your registration to another person, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will guide you through the transfer process, ensuring that the new participant meets all necessary requirements and completes the registration formalities.
5. Event Cancellation by Tustin Cobra Football League
In the unlikely event that Tustin Cobra Football League needs to cancel any of our camps or clinics, registered participants will be notified promptly via email or phone. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee or offer the option of transferring the registration to a future event.
